At Christmas they sent out bonuses to players via snail mail, upon sending an email to 4 different contacts at Bella Vegas inquiring on how it is determined who receives these, I was given different answers, ranging from our promotions department sends them out,to them being sent out by an independant marketing firm to they are sent out to VIP members only even though I had seen where several people had posted on the forum boards that they had received them and hadn't deposited.

They have also know started to deny bonuses and promotions by stating that if a person doesn't receive a personal email inviting them to participate in the bonus or promotion, they cannot participate in it, even though all of these are featured on their website and inside the casino software.

Their promotional emails usually state that if you purchase between the hours of 6 pm and midnight that you can receive a bonus which can vary depending on which night the promtion is running, at one time I was denied the bonus because even though I purchased during those hours as it stated, I didn't play my original deposit during those hours, something that never had to be done before. I did finally receive the bonus after many emails, and having to threaten to close my account. Another time I was given the excuse that I didn't play my original deposit on slots and keno, and again it was not stated or written that this was a requirement.

It seems that they are changing the rules as they go, and a person never knows from day to day what to expect.

Customer service seems to be nonexistant as well, some emails sent months ago are yet to be answered, live chat never seems to be available, and most of the time when calling the casino, hold time is a good 20 minutes.

Sadly this is not an isolated case and these are just a few of the issues that have come up. Several of my online friends have had the same experiences and have chosen to close their accounts due to the negative changes they have seen at Bella Vegas," as well as their sister casinos.

Unfortunatly the staff at Bella Vegas appear to have a ""head in the sand"" attitude whereas if we ignore it", it will go away.

Although I have not yet closed my account with this casino, I have stopped depositing with them and all of the Grand Prive casinos. I am hoping that they can turn it around, however the future isn't looking bright.

This Casino is actually the one that came up second in my testing of these type of casinos in Freeplay and Real player for constant gameplay and they do keep up farly well with new games but are a liitle behind some of the microgaming casino groups.

The negative side is having emails answered and I did have a problem when i decided to go in freeplay mode to test out some new games the end of February.When I went to relog in as in Real Player again I discovered I had misssed one digit in my Real Player account number. I emailed them to help and a lot of my emails came back as SPAM. Eventually I got an email back to say they would provide me with my Real Account number, if I emailed them back with my Birthdate etc, which I did and got the SPAM again.One month later i recieved an email with the months promotions in and at the top was my Real User Account Number.This is the reason that I only gave the casino a rating of 3.Had it not been for these problems and the fact I had to wait 1 month to log back in to play for real, they would have got a 5 for sure.As I believe in being 100% honest with my reviews then I will do as there are communication problems very bad with some Casinos out there.How ever to bet fair knowing often they can be quite busy and have glitches sometimes,I think one should have a reply within 48 hours.

If youÆre just playing the bonus it does limit what you can play to the slots and black jack. I donÆt know whether it was my computer, but I think they may be suffering from a lack of bandwidth as the games kept stopping midway through. I did, however, feel that I had got quite good value for my money during my time playing.

The Viper download version has 258 games available including 10 progressive jackpots and they do have a Flash version, but with less games. When changing games from within the lobby the download for the new game was pretty speedy and I was up and running again very quickly.
