| Virtual City Casino is one of the top Microgaming casinos, they offer all of the latest casino games, and reward their players a loyalty program where they get rewarded to play and get more cash back, the more that they play. They also offer a $10 free, no deposit bonus. When I evaluate a casino, i look at things like how customer support addresses my inquiries, promptness of payouts and deposits, efforts made to keep me coming back, ie...bonuses, special promotions, and player rewards, and the variety of games available to choose from is also an important factor to keep me from getting bored. Virtual City casino passes all of these requirements. They answered my inquiries in a timely manner and to my satisfaction, the banking always went smoothly and without delay, the games are always fresh and exciting, and the bonuses and rewards program are very respectable. I would feel safe recommending Virtual City casino to anyone, they are a well run, professional operation with a very solid reputation within the online gambling industry, they are also part of the Casino Rewards group of casinos. |

| You get $10 free no deposit just for downloading their fantastic software by Viper/Microgaming. Then, just because they like you, if you deposit $100, they'll give you $40 free bonus and then $20 if you use Neteller or Click2Pay. This group is huge so try all the casinos and scoop up the big bonuses. They have 158 games which include Video Poker, Slots, Blackjack, Poker games, Keno, Scratch cards and more. They have multi-line bonus slots which are very fun and get your heart beating really fast! They also have great customer service including live help right on the site which I tested. As soon as it was loaded in my browser, it said they were having technical difficulties so maybe this wasn't a good time to test that part. If anyone else does a review on them, let us know if that improves. Other then that, you can get them by phone or email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!! This group seems to be fading in the limelight as of late but I think they have something up their sleeve and they'll be back with a vengence soon! Keep your eyes peeled! |

Review: |
| Virtual City Poker is another operator of the Prima Poker Network powered by the Microgaming software and has been since March 2003. The benefit of playing on the network is the continual strong flow of players, a result of many Prima Poker network poker sites all feeding through to one big room. Because of the size of Prima, they also spread a good variety of games from very low limit (easy pickings!) to high stakes pot limit and no limit (great if youÆve got the bankroll or good to just watch) Call me old fashioned, but there is much that you can do to convince me that IÆm anywhere but sitting in front of my computer looking at cards on a monitor screen. The graphics are clear here and your hole cards are easy to see. When the flop comes, the cards are always visible, and they even have an indicator that shows who has acted and what they did.. I did have a few issues with the software when they first introduced the Multi Table Tournament, as it always seemed to freeze and was really slow, but I think after constant calls from thousands of players, they have ironed out these glitches. The reason that I chose this site was due to the fact that there are quite a few different sites that operate for the prima network, but Virtual city is one of the few that has the backing of a large casino group. When putting down my hard earned dollars, I feel that security of information and credit details are a huge part of where I play, and knowing that Virtual City comes under the highly professional banner of CasinoRewards and is therefore heavily monitored, I am convinced in the knowledge that all is secure, and when it comes to cash out it comes safely and hassle free. The bonus was the first thing that attracted me to Virtual City, as I did not want to have to put up $100 that some of the other sites have as a minimum deposit. $30 for $30 is good for me. Virtual City also offers a daily prize of $250 for the highest hand and a bad beat jackpot of a minimum $500. The Poker room shares the same support as the casinos attached to it, so there is always someone on the phone 24/7, and even though for big technical issues, the support has to contact the Prima network (why the player canÆt contact Prima Poker direct, I donÆt know) you usually have any questions resolved within a 24hour time frame. Most quick questions I had about my account or cashout, were answered right there on the spot. The Virtual City Poker Room allows deposit methods such as - Visa, Master Card, Diners Club International, Firepay, Neteller, Citadel, ECO Card, Moneybookers, Payspark, Click2Pay, Ukash, and echeck. This site has 5 Card Stud !! Not many online poker rooms cover this game anymore, but as an old school player, itÆs great to find a site that not only has it, but also has a whole bunch of players ready and willing to play. Virtual city has all the big games such as Holdem, Omaha and as mentioned above 5 Card and 7 Card Stud. It also has a whole spread of games with heads up action, so if you can find a willing partner, you can sit at a private table and go back and forth. IÆm a middle limit player so Virtual City is right up my alley, but they do have all limits, from very low 25c/50c all the way up to pot limit 50/100. A lot of people I come across say that they like the micro limit (2c/4c) games offered at other poker sites, but I find that no one is willing to lay down a hand at that level, so IÆd rather stick to playing for fun than playing for such small limits. We have experienced this in all poker sites," but the Prima Poker Network sites are by far the most notorious. When playing the ""Re-Buy"" tournaments - and this is for your own good - do not go on tilt because these players will go all in with any pockets regardless of what they are. In the 1 and 3 dollar rebuys", they'll just click the rebuy button. There is an upside to this reasoning. When the rebuy and add on period has ended at the end of the first hour, the majority these whacky players will get knocked out as they don't have the rebuy scapegoat any longer. |
